One postpartum visit in your home
You will be able to reach your doula via text, email, and phone during daytime hours throughout your pregnancy, and on call 24/7 beginning at 38 weeks of pregnancy.

This is a great option if you want personalized childbirth education, if you are curious about having a doula, or if you would like additional birth support without paying traditional doula prices.
This service includes two 2-hour meetings in your home. We will meet with you before you give birth with you and your birth partner covering the basics of prenatal and postpartum support.
The first session covers labor and delivery, intervention options, comfort measures. The second session covers postpartum recovery, breastfeeding support, and baby care basics.
If you decide you’d like a doula to attend your birth after booking this service, the price of this service will be applied to the remaining balance owed.

Write your birth plan with a doula! We will meet for two hours and go over your labor, birth, and postpartum options and write a birth plan that specifically caters to your desires for your birth.
